7. Delivery Terms and Accuracy of Customer Information
Orders will be delivered to the exact shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information provided at the time of purchase (including postcode, house/building number, and telephone number) is accurate and complete. Deskorae is not liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the buyer.
- Failed Deliveries and Unclaimed Parcels
If the carrier is unable to complete delivery due to the recipient’s absence or incomplete address details, the parcel may be held at a local carrier depot or pickup point for collection. The carrier will provide instructions via email or SMS. Parcels that remain unclaimed and are automatically returned to the sender will be processed in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. - Customs, Duties, and Taxes
No additional taxes or duties apply to shipments within the UK.
