- Refund Process
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item (or a resolution based on photo/video evidence has been confirmed), we will send you a confirmation email.
Approved refunds will be processed immediately and automatically credited back to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, or Google Pay via Stripe).
Although we initiate the refund immediately, the actual time it takes for funds to appear in your account may range from 3 to 5 business days, depending on your financial institution or card issuer.
